Brand new, clear cassette tape jewel cases.  These will easily take a full size paper insert with artwork and track listings (like the ones that came with commercially recorded cassette tapes).  While these are brand new, if you look closely, there are some slight "run" marks near the top edge on the backside of these.  If you aren't looking for it you probably won't notice it :-)
