August 4th Update

Phew, it's been a busy Summer here at 8 Track Avenue. I will be taking on less repair work for a bit, so I can catch up on the repair jobs that are currently here and on the way (and so I can work on product for the webstore). I will also be making some slight changes to the way payment is made. This will not affect customers outside of the U.S.A. Or my regular customers (unless you would like to do things this way of course). If payment is not being made by check or Postal Money Order, repairs will need to be purchased in my webstore via credit card, Paypal, etc BEFORE sending them out. This unfortunatley is the only way I am guaranteed to be paid in a timely manner for my work. Of course if you would like different return such as UPS or Priority Mail I am happy to do a Paypal Invoice for you once the work is complete and the tapes are ready to be shipped. I'm going to try and get this up and running this week.

Peel and Stick pads will be making a comeback in the webstore. These should be much, much easier for me to keep in stock than the "drop in". These will be one piece, however they are not designed to be used as one piece pads (those are longer, these are the same length as the drop in pads), so they will need to have the slit cut in the middle. I will also include strips of the styrene to attach the pads to. I'm planning a video to show how to do this.

A new product that I have not taken pictures of yet or listed, are the thin washers that some carts used under the reel. I have gotten a lot of requests for these but haven't found a suitable replacement...until now! These are a tad thicker than the originals, but so far on testing I have had zero issues with this raising the reel height too much. I'm really excited about these.

The head/capstan cleaners are also pretty much ready, I just need to make some time to get them rolled out as well. And I plan to do a video on those as well.
